I-GRAPHX PA: H2 quality measurement 5.0

The PA Purity Analyzer measures hydrogen impurities in the ppm range quickly and easily up to a gas purity of 99.999% (grade 5.0). In addition, we also supply configurations of this device for He, Ar, N2, CO2, etc. This universal analyzer can be used in all production processes, transfer and filling stations in connection with hydrogen (or any other gas). This makes cost-effective quality monitoring possible for the first time.

The measurement technology used in the PA is a proprietary development of I-GRAPHX GmbH in microchip technology (MEMS). This special design enables fast, high-precision and continuous measurement of hydrogen quality.

I-GRAPHX CA: Precise, selective gas measurement, H2 (or other gases)

The CA Complex Analyzer measures a gas in a complex gas mixture, qualitatively and quantitatively. It can measure H2, but alsoHe or N2 / CH4 / CO2/ air, quickly, reliably and with high precision. Its chromatographic separation ensures that there is no irritation of the measurement signal by interfering components. The micro dual-channel thermal conductivity detector used in the CA v is a proprietary development of I-GRAPHX GmbH. It is manufactured using microchip technology (MEMS) and utilizes the unique specific physical thermal conductivity of each gas component. This special design enables fast, quasi-continuous measurement.

I-GRAPHX CGC: Compact micro gas chromatograph for max. 5 gas components

The CGC Compact GC measures the quality and quantity of up to 5 gas components in simple applications reliably and with high precision in just a few seconds. This small gas chromatograph is extremely compact and can be configured for a wide range of applications.

Its chromatographic separation ensures that the measurement signal is not affected by cross-sensitive interfering components (other gases). The integreted micro dual-channel thermal conductivity detector is manufactured using microchip technology (MEMS). Together with a MEMS chip separating column or a classic capillary separating column, this single-channel separating column system enables fast and efficient analysis.
